Cienega High School (also known as CHS) is a public high school in Vail, Arizona. It opened in the fall of 2001 with approximately 450 students (350 freshmen and 100 sophomores). It is a member of the Arizona Interscholastic Association's 5A Conference.

Cienega is currently the largest school in the Vail Unified School District in terms of student enrollment. (Empire High School is only half the size.)

Some of the programs it offers include free Pima Community College classes, a range of fine arts programs, and a full suite of sports, including a district-wide rugby team. The school's football program had an undefeated 2011 season, but it lost to Chaparral High School from Scottsdale in the Division II state title.
